We offer a 30-day return policy, starting from the date you received your item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must
Be in the same condition as when you received it.
Be unworn or unused.
Have all original tags and labels attached.
Be in its original packaging.
Be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable items include:
Underwear and undergarments.
Personalised or customised products.
Sale/clearance items.
Gift cards.

Customers are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We strongly recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.
Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
For change-of-mind returns, we do not issue refunds. Instead, you will receive a credit note, valid for 6 months from the date of issue, which can be used for future purchases from our store.
⚠️ Please note: If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are legally entitled to a refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In these cases, Strength Infinity will cover return shipping costs and issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please carefully inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can put it right.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, the fastest way is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email within 3 business days. If approved, a credit note will be issued, or in the case of a faulty/incorrect item, a refund will be processed.
